SUPERMOON

So.. Last night, my uncle called me. He said, "Go outside now. It's supermoon tonight. Go take pictures."
So, i did.. I was a bit late tho. I took it at 9 o'clock. He said the best one was at 8 o'clock last night.
What is SUPERMOON? It's a phenomena when the moon is at the closest to the earth.. well you can find it here for the full information.
I'm gonna show u the supermoon that i saw last night. Not the best picture tho, but i'm pretty happy.

The World i Live In no 1

So.. I like to read books. It started from i was a kid.. I love to read comics especially mangas(i still read those until now), novels (back then i read a lot of teenlits). And now i like to read chicklits or metropop. I don't know why but i have this deep interest in love romance stories and yet i'm 100% believe it won't happen in my life, yet i still want it to happen in my life *sigh*. I'm still a dreamer afterall. I say those are an easy book to read. But i like some deep stories like the books written by Dewi "Dee" Lestari. I read most of her books, but sadly i haven't read the most famous Akar, Petir, Partikel (i should starts to read them). So my favourite so far from her book is Perahu Kertas (i watch the movie already) u can watch the trailer here..
They divide the movie in to 2 parts. These are the trailers for part 1 and 2:

Other books that i like is Rectoverso and Madre. They are a collection of short stories. And she made the movie from them. She took 5 main stories from Rectoverso and made it to movies by famous actors and actresses, they are good stories i can tell you, but i haven't got the time to watch them. Madre is a collection of short stories aswell, but the main story in the book is Madre itself, so she made the movie from that the movie just came out in Cinemas around Indonesia, so i hope i could watch it soon. :)

And i read this inspiring book from Iwan Setyawan. It's a story about the author himself. It's a really good story of how he see the world (his world) through his experience. You should read the book cos it's really good. I hope the movie will be as good as the book. I cant wait to watch them later.. :)

I'm trying to enjoy this world i live ini as much as i enjoy reading these books. Hopefully i can find my peace and purpose in life.

The World i Live in

My name is Michaela Margareta and you can call me Greta.  I'm just some boring BATAKnese girl who currently living in Jakarta, Indonesia. I studied fashion design (and still learning) at ESMOD Jakarta for a year. But don't ever think of me as a cool fashion person. I'm still a fashion designer wannabe. In fact, i'm just wearing normal clothes (sometimes my friend nagging about my appearance which is not fashionable, so they say..), i don't really like to dress up, i rarely put my make up on, and i don't really follow fashion world (this one i'm really confused aswell. Why am i so "unknowledge" about fashion?).
Anyway, this blog is not gonna be like all those cool fashion blogger (i think..). Probably gonna be a junk for every things that happens in my life, how i see this world through my eyes. Just gonna nagging about the world i live in. yeah.. just a place to throw my trashes which hopefully, i can learn and gain some things from this pile of trashes.
